Let's Connect

Every event I speak at starts the same way: a room deciding whether AI is going to help their mission or complicate it. My job is to make sure it's the first one, and to leave your program looking like it made the right call.

About Keith

When fundraising teams aren't sure whether AI is a shortcut to more money or a shortcut to losing donor trust, Keith Greer brings a fifteen-year fundraiser's answer instead of a technologist's guess. He's a CFRE, the founder of Let's Talk Fundraising, and an AFP ICON and AFP LEAD speaker who helps fundraisers move from uncertainty about AI to confident, ethical adoption, without losing the relationships that actually raise the money.

His results include growing a $180,000 program into a $4.2 million campaign. An AFP Chamberlain Scholar and ASAE NextGen Award winner, Keith led development efforts at the UNM Foundation and Hawaiʻi Island's largest hospice before turning his attention to AI. Offstage, he's a scuba diver, solo traveler, and leather craftsman, and it shows in how he tells a story on stage.

RAISE MORE
FEAR LESS

WHEN YOUR TEAM IS CAUGHT BETWEEN AI HYPE AND AI FEAR, I'M HERE TO SHOW THEM HOW TO USE IT WITHOUT LOSING WHAT MAKES FUNDRAISING WORK.

I work with fundraisers and nonprofit leaders who are tired of hearing that AI will either save their organization or replace what makes it human. My talks cut through both extremes, ground AI in real fundraising practice, and give your team a practical way to use it without losing the donor relationships that actually raise the money. I bring clarity where there's confusion, direction where there's doubt, and a framework people can actually use, from the inside out.

This isn't just another AI keynote. It's the moment your team stops fearing the tool and starts using it like people who know exactly what they're doing.

AI, Ethics, and the Fundraiser You're Becoming

AI is showing up in every corner of fundraising, but so are the myths and the mayhem.

In this reflective, story-driven keynote, Keith Greer draws on real lessons from trial, error, and growth to show how ethical, human-centered AI can help fundraisers listen more deeply, engage more meaningfully, and deliver greater impact, without losing what makes fundraising human.

You'll walk away with a values-based way to evaluate AI use, and one concrete, low-risk next step to try in your own work. No hype. No jargon. Just a clear path forward that works for your donors and your mission.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS

Smarter Fundraising Starts Here: The Honest AI Conversation Nonprofits Need
Most organizations know AI is coming, but few feel ready for it. This interactive session covers organizational readiness, ethical guardrails, and where AI can genuinely lighten the load, alongside the risks worth taking seriously before you adopt it. You'll leave with a practical, step by step framework for getting your organization ready, technical infrastructure and data strategy included.

LEADing the Future of Fundraising: AI Without Losing the Human Heart
AI isn't the question anymore. How to use it responsibly is. This session applies the LEAD framework (Listen, Engage, Ask, Deliver) to map specific AI tools and workflows onto each stage of the donor relationship, from discovery through stewardship. You'll leave with a donor-conversation workflow you can put to work immediately, built on your own relational judgment, not a chatbot's guess.

WORKSHOPS

The Fundraiser's AI Edge (4-hour workshop)
A one-day crash course isn't what most fundraising teams need. A few focused hours that actually stick is. Your team learns to prompt AI with precision, build a simple custom AI assistant for real tasks like donor emails or prospect research, and use AI confidently without risking donor data or the human touch that makes fundraising work. Your team leaves with tools they built themselves in the room, ready to use the next morning.

The Major Gift AI System (6-hour, full-day workshop)
Major gift work runs on relationships, not spreadsheets, but AI can strengthen both if you build it right. This full-day workshop applies AI across prospect research, portfolio strategy, and donor communication, with time built in to put it to work against your team's actual portfolio before the day ends. Your major gift officers leave with a system they've already tested, not just a slide deck to file away.

Keith's Signature Talks

From a single keynote to a full-day workshop, every session is built to help fundraisers use AI with confidence, not fear.

“In our office we’ve had a discussion about Keith’s presentation just about every day—including this morning. I even told friends at dinner about it. He made an impression here.”
