​As Director of Development at the UNM Foundation, Keith supports one of the nation’s top research institutions and serves on its AI Implementation Team, where he helps staff adopt ethical, effective AI practices. His deep dive into artificial intelligence began the week ChatGPT launched, and he’s since immersed himself in the legal, ethical, and practical applications of AI across industries.

Keith’s leadership journey spans over a decade of innovative, people-centered work. From fundraising strategies during the pandemic at Hawai‘i Island’s largest hospice to designing his own marketing and communications degree at the University of New Mexico—a model the university later adopted—he has learned that real change starts when you dare to design what doesn’t yet exist. He’s a graduate of the AFP Leadership Institute, an ASAE NextGen award winner, and host of the Let’s Talk Fundraising podcast.

Offstage, Keith is a scuba diver, solo traveler, and leather craftsman. In his early career at Walt Disney World and Apple, he learned to mix the magic of edutainment with the discipline of clarity—and it shows.
